We are proud to offer the most thorough and expansive research library dedicated to Lakewood history. Our archives contain detailed information relating to Lakewood schools, businesses, community groups, families, and more. If you are interested in a specific event, place, person, or historical item, you can visit the museum library or request research services. 

Our research library is open Saturday, Sundays, and Mondays from 1pm-4pm. Appointments are recommended. 

If you are unable to visit the museum, our experienced volunteers are happy to help you. Our research fees are $50 for the first 4 hours and $10 for each additional hour.
